Delivery Time Frame
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Worldwide delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
Most orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment.
You will then receive notification with tracking numbers of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 2-3 weeks to receive your order.
Orders may be canceled before we ship them out and we provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address so as to avoid delays/returns.
We can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. We will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
